SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection. Essence of the invention is that the dynamic radiation monitoring method further comprises steps of, when detecting radioactivity, storing current values Xi of the detector signal, determining the difference ΔX1 and ΔX2 between maximum and minimum signal values located in time before and after its maximum value, fixing time interval t between current signal values equal to ΔX1/2 and ΔX2/2, determining distance ℓ from detector to detected radioactivity source from ratio ℓ=Vt/2,and power Po of radiation dose of source at standard distance ℓo is found from relationship Po=ΔXKℓ2/ℓo2, where ΔX=(ΔX1+ΔX2)/2, K is a coefficient of proportionality between the amplitude of the detector signal and the dose rate of the detected radiation.

EFFECT: higher reliability of radiation monitoring.
