A microbial preparation is proposed based on a strain of nodule bacteria Mesorhizobium ciceri H-12 deposited in the Departmental Collection of Useful Microorganisms for Agricultural Purposes of the Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIISKHM under the registration number RCAM05211, with a titer of 44.2-44.8 billion CFU/ml for the liquid form of the preparation and 5.3-6.5 billion CFU/g for the bulk form of the preparation.

EFFECT: microbial preparation is used for pre-sowing treatment of chickpea seeds in order to increase seed yield and improve their quality.
