SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoelectric devices for measuring temperature and can be used for recording temperature of high-speed thermodynamic processes, such as combustion of explosives and turbine engines. Multichannel high-speed temperature sensor in this version based on metal foil is a three-layer structure of three co-located microthermocouples (1, 2, 3) of equal thickness and different width, made of two (5, 6) thermoelectrodes of a pair of metals, capable of generating thermo-electromotive force, laminated with polyimide 4 substrates with formation of junctions of hot junctions of thermoelectrodes 7.

EFFECT: technical result is fast registration of temperature profiles of high-speed thermodynamic processes.
