FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of thermal measurements, namely to a method and a device for installation of thermocouples into samples of polymerisable materials. According to the method hot junctions of thermocouples, which are butt-welded, are pre-arranged in the volume of a frame-forming frame in the middle of the sample along its thickness on an axis perpendicular to its heated surface, and with fan-like dilution of wires of thermocouples from the axis in planes parallel to the heated surface. Wires themselves are subject to preliminary elastic tension with subsequent pouring with a polymer solution and its polymerisation in a shaping frame.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of determination of thermophysical characteristics, as well as reduction of labour intensity of installation of thermocouples into analysed polymerisable materials.
