FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and covers board connection with an upper deck of a hull from polymer composite materials (PCM). The angular connection of the board with the hull deck from PCM comprises external and internal forming angles joined with bearing layers of a triple-layer board lining and a triple-layer hull deck plating. Connection of the board with the hull deck by means of the external forming angle is carried out by connection of the ends of the outer and inner layers of the triple-layer board lining and triple-layer deck plating with the latter, for this purpose the specified layers are arranged as not reaching the edges of the board and deck, accordingly, where there connection takes place, and a clear space produced as a result between them contains a part of the outer forming angle with large thickness, while the triangle is arranged as separated into layers by thickness, the first layer of which is laid at the outer side onto the inner bearing layers of the triple-layer deck plating and triple-layer board lining. Besides, subsequent layers towards outside alternate with layers of a filler, preferably a lightweight mat. At the same time the last external later of the outer forming angle is laid onto the last layer of the lightweight filler with an overlap to external bearing layers of the board lining and deck plating, forming a connection, in which the outer forming angle is joined with both specified external bearing layers and the middle layer of the board lining and deck plating.

EFFECT: higher strength and reliability of a unit of board connection with an upper deck, its higher bending strength in a transverse direction, lower weight of a connection unit and labour intensiveness of its manufacturing.
