System includes server unit of automated system (2), units of personal mobile device of locomotive crew (3), units of personal mobile device of repair brigade (4), units of personal mobile device of receiver (5), unit of remote planning (6), unit of PC depot (7), system unit (8), unit of data base (9), unit of software (10), reference information unit (11), information collection and storage unit (12), technical data sheets unit (13), which consists of locomotive crew TDS unit (14), TDS unit of repair brigade (15) and receiver TDS unit (16), unit for generating electronic log TU-152 (17), scheduling unit (18), PC unit of locomotive crew (19), which consists of locomotive crew (20) radio tags reading unit, locomotive crew (21) photo-video recording unit and locomotive crew personal mobile unit (22) software unit, locomotive crews (23) locks recording unit, unit for viewing electronic log TU-152 of locomotive crew (24), train intake / delivery unit (25), unit MO-1 in train (26) and unit MO-2 in train (27), PC unit of repair brigade (28), which consists of repair unit of repair crew (29) and unit of personal mobile devices of repair crew 30, repair unit of repair crew (31), viewing unit of electronic log TU-152 of repair crew (32) and unit (MO-2) in depot (33), PC unit of receiver (34), which consists of reader unit of radio tags of receiver 35, photo and video recording unit of receiver (36) and unit of software of personal mobile devices of receiver (37), which, in its turn, from receiver (38) TU-152 electronic unit viewing unit and MO execution control unit and elimination of incidents (39), PC unit with remote access (40), scheduling maintenance unit (41), software unit for encoding radio tags (42), generating radio tags (43).
