Problem control step includes processing of classified incidents by mathematical statistics and factor analysis methods and, proceeding from the data of augmentable database, defining of troubleshooting process at correcting measures. Servicing control step includes the analysis of key symptoms of servicing quality and repair, their interrelation with revealed incidents and/or problems and execution of correlation analysis of the entire accumulated data base to update controlled parameters, order of their collection and/or measurement intervals. Claimed system comprises the server with data I/O system and software, electronic terminals and measuring hardware including locomotive onboard control systems, stationary and portable diagnostics systems.
