FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for evaluation of contamination of fluids of transmissions. Essence of the invention consists in fact that device for assessing contamination of fluids of transmissions comprises a camera, an electroacoustic sensor, a measuring unit connected to the sensor, an inlet pipeline with an inlet pipeline valve and an outlet pipeline with an outlet pipeline valve, connected to the chamber and a pump with a drive motor, wherein the pump is gear-type and is fixedly mounted on the chamber on its outer surface, and the pump drive shaft is connected to the drive motor, wherein the electro-acoustic sensor is made with an ultrasonic range of operating frequencies from 30 to 300 kHz and is fixed on the housing of the gear pump in the immediate vicinity of the point of engagement of teeth of the rotors of the gear pump, the inlet and outlet pipelines by their one end are connected to the casing of the gear pump at a distance of more than three diameters of rotors of the gear wheel pump from the attachment point of the electroacoustic sensor each, and outlet ends of inlet and outlet pipelines are respectively fixed in chamber at a distance of more than three diameters of inlet pipeline from each other, wherein inlet pipeline valve is made with T-piece, and outlet pipeline valve is made in the form of controlled throttle, electroacoustic sensor, drive motor and the outlet pipeline valve are connected to the measuring unit, which includes a measurement unit, which is in series connected to the measurement results output unit, through the measurements comparison unit, input of the measurement unit is connected to the output of the electroacoustic sensor, the output of the engine controller is connected to motor windings and the output of the valve control unit is connected to the input of the drive of the controlled throttle of the outlet pipeline.
EFFECT: technical result is broader information capabilities of the device for rapid assessment of degree of contamination of fluid medium at any moment in time.
