FIELD: machine building; water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to purification of acid mine waters by treatment with barrier discharge. Invention relates to a mobile process complex for purifying acidic mine water, comprising a collection collector, a pump, a control mechanism in form of a control valve, pressure sensors and flow meters on head of initial water and purified water, assembly for creation of ejector of water-gas mixture and air supply and air and gas discharge branch pipes, magnetron with discharge chamber for microwave treatment of cleaned water of flow type, electrode system with generator of high-voltage pulses, unit for discharge of purified water and solid metal-containing precipitate. Complex is equipped with systems of control, regulation and correction for complex effect on technological mode of operation, first of which is extreme control system of sediment extraction from purified water, made of interconnected and interacting storage device, comparison element, signum relay and actuator, sets the process mode of the process by the extremum memorizing method and corrects the microwave field intensity and the radiation power of the high-voltage pulse generator, and the other is a double-circuit cascade system for monitoring, controlling and correcting the duration of the voltage pulse - connected to the flow meter of the above control mechanism on the head of the outflow water and to the flow meter at the outlet of the purified water complex and is provided with outer loop master regulator and internal circuit driven controller, connected to electrode system of high-voltage pulses generator, wherein in the external circuit there are: a cell with a quartz cell for measuring the average particle size of impurities in the water sample and a flow cell for measuring its electrokinetic potential, wherein mobile process complex is equipped with magnetiser with flow-type electromagnetic processing chamber, which is connected to discharge chamber of magnetron for microwave treatment and with purified water discharge unit in form of pH analyser and solid metal-containing precipitate in form of decanter, wherein all components of the mobile process system are connected to each other by a quick-detachable pipeline. Invention also relates to a method of purifying acid mine water.

EFFECT: purification of acid mine water with maximum extraction of ions of heavy metals contained in water at minimum specific consumption of energy resources.
