FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of organizing structures of data storage using multilayer graphs for links of information entities. Multilayer graph is formed based on data obtained from different information sources, in which vertexes of each layer is information related to one entity, and ribs are data connecting entities in each layer of the graph, wherein each layer of the graph is a connected graph formed from data of a separate information source. Vertexes are compared in each layer of the graph to identify edges connecting the entity in different layers of the multilayer graph. Vertexes containing information on one entity in at least two layers of multilayer graph are determined. Formation of a supernode is performed by combining said vertices, said supernode containing related information on one entity from at least two information sources.
EFFECT: high efficiency of storing data by forming a storage structure based on a multilayer graph of links between information entities.
