FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway track superstructure servicing devices, in particular to devices for single replacement of tie bars. Device comprises a body with retainers, two drums and a ratchet mechanism with a handle. Body is made in the form of a frame with hooks. Hooks can cover rail head and rest on lateral edge of rail foot. Retainers are borne against the head on the opposite side of the rail. Slings are wound on drums and stretched through guide rollers. Slings are pulled under rail foot and connected at end of extracted sleeper.
EFFECT: lower labor input of tie replacements.
