FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisation means used in railway transport for single change of sleepers during the current maintenance of railway track. Device includes hydraulic cylinders installed symmetrically relative to the sleeper. Eccentric clamps are introduced into contact with the lateral surfaces of sleeper by means of gantry. In case of extension of rods of hydraulic cylinders, eccentric clamps compress the sleeper and it moves in the direction of extension of rods. In case of retraction of rods, eccentric clamps are released and move for the next capture of sleeper. Operations continue up to the complete extraction of sleeper.

EFFECT: ability to perform works without restrictions of train traffic.
