FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military bridge engineering. For the device of the pontoon bridge separate from the road railway carriageway, separate sections of the rail-and-sleeper grid with standard rails and control hooks on metal sleeper of box section are used. Rail-to-rail fastening to sleeper bars is made via lining plates welded to sleepers. Sleeves are designed as adjustable structural elements. One end of the sleeper, which is located on the upper side of the river, is attached to the reinforced deck of the pontoon by means of a hinge. Upper bed of the sleeper is brought to the level of this end by lifting or lowering, as required, of the free end of the sleeper. To keep the sleeper position at the required level under it metal bearing shoe is assembled to the required height. If there is no heel on the floating bridge, flat metal gaskets are placed instead of metal pad shoes for the sleeper. Possible movement of the shoe pads and flat gaskets along the deck is limited by metal flanges welded to it. To preserve the position of metal pads and flat metal pads, the free end of the sleeper is attracted to the pontoon deck with a turnbuckle to clamp shoes and gaskets. When assembling bridge ferries and their further introduction of a railway bridge in the line, it is necessary to take into account that the railway passage position is asymmetrical relative to the longitudinal axis of the bridge. On one side of the longitudinal axis (sleeper) there is a hinge, and on the other side - a lanyard.
EFFECT: invention can be used in designing, manufacturing, guidance and operation of inventory surfaced railway bridges.
