FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building. Mobile machine comprises body, in which there is braking control, engine with transmission, wheels interacting with support surface. In the front part of the machine there installed in the casing is a reversible fan equipped with a motor-generator of electric type, with the possibility of interaction and direction of air flows from the rotating fan both forward and backwards relative to the body. Engine-generator is connected with disengaged coupling connected to engine. Said casing is communicated with atmosphere with channels arranged along body and provided with control gates. Casing is articulated with the body by means of hinged elements providing the casing rotation in the horizontal and vertical planes to obtain transverse correcting effects.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of correction of external disturbances acting in transverse and longitudinal directions.
