FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains a body in which a brake control, an engine with a transmission, wheels interacting with a supporting surface are located. A reverse fan equipped with an electric motor-generator with the possibility of interaction and direction of air flows from the rotating fan both forward and backwards relative to the body is installed in casing in the front part of the machine. The motor-generator is connected to a detachable clutch connected to the motor. The casing is connected to the atmosphere by channels along the body provided with adjusting dampers.

EFFECT: reduction of aerodynamic drag.
