FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be used for application of protective corrosion-resistant coatings, having good solderability and antifriction properties. Method involves electrodeposition of alloy from electrolyte containing lead acetate, indium nitrate, sodium acetate, acetic acid, wherein it additionally contains as a surface-active organic substance detergent "Drop VOX super-active oxygen", deposition is carried out from electrolyte at following ratio of components, g/l: lead acetate (per metal) 2.5-7.5; indium nitrate (per metal) 5-7.5; sodium acetate 50-100; acetic acid (96%) 100 ml/l; detergent "Drop VOX super-active oxygen" 0.2-0.4 ml/l, at temperature 20-50°C, pH 4-5 and cathode current density of 0.2-0.75 A/dm2 using inert anodes, wherein uniform, fine-crystalline coatings of indium-lead alloy with indium content from 12 to 86% are formed.
EFFECT: obtaining uniform, well-bonded with base coatings with sufficiently high current output.
