SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for separation of gaseous mixtures of hydrocarbons with non-condensed gases and can be used in gas industry for preparation of low-calorie natural gas, as well as for separation of industrial gas mixtures. Invention relates to an apparatus for producing hydrocarbons from a gas mixture which includes a recuperative heat exchanger and a fractionating column arranged on a crude gas line, as well as a refrigerating machine, a separator and reducing devices. Fractionating column is equipped with upper and lower heat and mass exchange sections in reinforcing part and heater in stripping part, which is located on bypass line of recuperative heat exchanger, bottom of column is equipped with hydrocarbon fraction discharge line C1+, on which a reducing device and a separator are provided, equipped with a liquefied natural gas outlet line and a separation gas discharge line through the recuperative heat exchanger as a commercial gas connected to the feed gas feed line, Besides, the top of the column is equipped with a line for outputting the mixture of non-condensed gases, on which the reducing device, the upper heat-mass exchange section and the recuperative heat exchanger are successively located, and the lower heat-mass-exchange section is connected to the refrigerating machine by cooling agent inlet/outlet lines.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of installation and increased output of fraction of hydrocarbons C1+ in form of commercial gas and/or liquefied natural gas.
