SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of natural gas containing helium and can be used in gas industry. Natural gas preparation plant with helium extraction includes a natural gas feed line divided into two lines. On the first line there located is the first heat exchanger, the second line adjunction, the first reducing device and the demethanizer with the heater in the stripping part located on the second line, equipped with the methane fraction line, which is divided into two lines. First heat exchanger, second line abutment, second reduction device and helium pre-concentration column with reflux section are arranged on first line and heater in stripping part located on second line, equipped with nitrogen-containing gas line and high-pressure liquefied natural gas output line with third reducing device located on it, reflux section of helium pre-concentration column and separator. Nitrogen-containing gas line is divided into two lines. On the first line there is a third heat exchanger, adjunction of the second line and a column for extraction of helium concentrate with a reflux section and a heater in the stripping part located on the second line.
EFFECT: simplified installation and increased output of natural gas.
