SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of oral care. Method involves daily oral treatment with the first and second REMARS compositions by alternate exposure, without mouth rinsing with water between the treatments. Depending on the oral condition, the treatment is carried out first with a reducing composition for normalizing the oral cavity pH and then with a stabilizing composition. If the pH value of the oral cavity is the reducing agent, a composition with pH from 3.0 to 8.0 is used, and the stabilizing composition is a composition with pH from 6.0 to 10.0. If the pH value of the oral cavity is used as a reducing composition with pH 6.0 to 10.0, and the stabilizing composition is a composition with pH from 3.0 to 8.0. If the neutral pH value of the oral cavity is used as the reducing composition with pH from 6.8 to 7.2, and the stabilizing composition is a composition with pH from 7.3 to 7.8. Difference between the pH of the reducing and stabilizing compositions ranges from 0.1 to 7 units.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of oral treatment; advantage of the method is possibility of prolonged treatment of oral cavity in domestic conditions after selection of preparations by dentist; observing the doctor's recommendations, the patient will achieve a healthy level of the oral health by using a restoring and stabilizing agent.
