Computer comprises memory, a processor programmed to receive messages, including a first message from a first mobile device, based on the first message, that the first mobile device is associated with the first user, receive data on movement of the steering wheel during the first period of time, receive from first mobile device data characterizing movement of first mobile device during first period of time.
