FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Rotary mixer-granulator comprises vertically arranged cylindrical housing 4 with cover 5. In housing 4 there is a mixer in form of vertical shaft with mixing blades 14 arranged horizontally on it, drive 15 of mixing blades 14 of vertical shaft, electric motor 2, driving horizontal shaft with mixing blades 3, feed pipe of initial loose product 8, nozzle for supply of binding solution 6, window for discharge of finished product 10. Mixer-granulator also comprises unbalance-type vibration exciter 7 for transferring product into vibration-liquefied state, movable shutter 11, controlling release of granulometric composition of finished product, mesh for separation of large agglomerates 9, branch pipe for discharge of finely dispersed fraction 1. Housing is installed on four compression springs 13.
EFFECT: invention increases stability of the granulometric composition of the product and homogeneity of the multicomponent mixtures.
