FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating, namely to electrodeposition of antifriction coatings with lead-tin-copper alloy and can be used in machine building, shipbuilding, agriculture, nuclear industry and other industries. Electrolyte contains free acid, bivalent lead salt, bivalent tin salt, bivalent copper salt, ammonium boron fluoride, ammonium fluoride, antioxidant, surfactant at following ratio of components, g/l: salt of divalent lead (in terms of Pb+2) - 60÷130, bivalent tin (in terms of Sn+2) - 9.0÷31, bivalent copper salt (in terms of Cu+2) - 5.5÷8.0, free acid - 170÷220, ammonium borofluoride - 25÷35, ammonium fluoride - 25÷35, boric acid - 100÷200, antioxidant - 9÷15, surfactant - 0.8÷12, wherein the free acid used is a free acid selected from a group comprising HBF4, H2SiF6, C2HCl3O2, the antioxidant used is at least one substance selected from a group comprising: resorcinol, pyrocatechol, hydroquinone, β-naphthol, formalin, and the surfactant used is at least one substance selected from a group comprising: gelatine, penton, cresol, preparation OS-20, syntanol ALM-10, syntanol DS-10.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance and reduced friction coefficient of coatings due to stable composition of electrolyte during prolonged intensive operation at high cathode current densities, with high scattering capacity.
