FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sliding elements, in particular, to inserts, bushings, thrust rings, and can be used in machine building, in metallurgical industry and in agriculture. Sliding element includes substrate and layers applied thereto. First bearing layer is deposited on the substrate and is made of an alloy selected from the group: copper-based alloy, or aluminum-based alloy, or lead-based alloy, or tin-based alloy, or their combination. Second barrier layer is made in form of nickel coating. Third antifriction layer is made from tin-based alloy. Fourth running-in opening layer is made of lead-based alloy. Fifth lower anticorrosion layer is made in form of lead coating. Sixth upper anticorrosive layer is made in the form of an indium coating. Hardness of layers successively deposited on the substrate is reduced.
EFFECT: proposed sliding element can operate at high specific pressure and has high fatigue strength, wear resistance, cavitation resistance and high anticorrosion properties.
