SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of data transmission. Disclosed is a method which includes: segmentation of data to be transmitted to N code blocks, and dividing N code blocks into at least M groups of code blocks; and constructing a mapping scheme of M groups of code blocks to at least one transmission unit for transfer and transmission, wherein M groups of code blocks comprise at least a first group of code blocks and a second group of code blocks, one or more transmission units comprise at least a first physical resource corresponding to a first group of code blocks, and a second physical resource corresponding to a second group of code blocks, a data amount parameter of a first group of code blocks and the information amount parameter of the second group of code blocks satisfy the predetermined condition, and the first physical resource is located before the second physical resource in the time domain.

EFFECT: compensation of decoding delay of the first group of CBG by transmission delay of the second group of CBG, which leads to reduction of overall delay of data reception, and efficiency of data transfer is increased.
