FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of generation of acknowledgement bits in the Hybrid Automatic Repeat ReQuest-Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) mode, associated with cancellation of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS). The fact is determined that the SPS scheduling cancellation is associated with a cell wherein feedback is configured according to code book groups (CBG). At least one HARQ-ACK request acknowledgement bit associated with SPS scheduling cancellation is placed in a code sub-book based on transport blocks (TB) of the codebook. Therein, at the stage of determining that the SPS scheduling cancellation is associated with a cell wherein feedback is configured according to CBG groups: a first message configuring the wireless communication apparatus is received from a communication network node to work with feedback according to CBG groups in the specified cell; and a second message indicating that the SPS scheduling cancellation is associated with said cell is received from the communication network node.

EFFECT: reducing the volume of feedback signaling of the HARQ request.
