FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in heat-mass-exchange apparatuses. Proposed apparatus comprises a housing with first and second fluid branch pipes, along vertical axis of which two heat-mass exchange elements are arranged one above the other, forming peripheral and central distribution manifolds. Each unit is formed from vertically installed, contacting heat-mass-exchange elements forming an annular row around the vertical axis of the housing. Each heat and mass exchange element is made hollow and represents two walls with turbulent ledges welded on two horizontal sides, forming in inner cavity radial-spiral slot channel for one fluid at direction of outlet/inlet holes of elements along normal line to cylindrical generatrix of central distributing collector. Bulges of the heat-mass-exchange elements form external vertical coplanar slotted channels for movement in the axial direction of the other fluid. Between adjacent blocks of heat-mass-exchange elements in peripheral and central distribution manifolds, horizontal partitions are alternately installed, which direct fluid from one unit to the next one. Radial fluid flow inlet/outlet pipes are oriented at an angle to the case normal, equal to inlet/outlet angle of radial fluid flows to/from the heat-mass-exchange element unit.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of hydraulic resistance and increase in heat transfer coefficient.
