FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting lantern equipment, which is intended for use as an individual portable lighting device in potentially explosive areas of rooms and outdoor installations. Explosion-proof lamp comprises a housing, a lighting unit including a light-emitting diode, a lens with a conical tube and protective glass, as well as a storage battery and a control board. Housing is made monolithic of impact-resistant plastic and is composed of two panels connected to each other by means of a hollow bridge: face panel in the form of ring-shaped shell and rear flat rectangular, located at angle of 30° to annular axis. On the shell of the annular panel there is a cylindrical stepped shape thin-walled shell with a balling of the edges, inside which there is an illumination unit assembled on a separate board, in which protective glass is installed, made from Macrolon strong synthetic material and which has complex shape with separate cylindrical compartment for installation and attachment of optical lens with tube. On the rectangular panel there is a box, inside of which a control board and a lithium-ion battery filled with a compound are placed, which are connected by electric wires to a reed switch, a light-emitting diode and a socket for connecting the charging adapter, and a switch.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of operation in extreme conditions, for example in explosive atmosphere.
