FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures of light construction elements. Light-emitting diode construction part includes a housing made of a high-strength compound with wall thickness from 11 to 14 mm. Body is closed by a detachable rectangular cover with thickness of 3 to 4 mm, made of solid optically transparent polyurethane with formation of a wear-resistant, impact-resistant, rough outer surface. Cover along the edges of its perimeter is coated from below with a layer of sealant and is made with through holes to ensure attachment to the ends of the vertical walls of the housing by means of fastening screws in a countersunk way passing through the through holes in the cover coaxially to the blind holes in the ends of the walls of the housing. Inside the housing there is a detachable rectangular box made of a solid epoxy compound, the side walls of which in the upper part along their perimeter are made with inner projections, on which a rectangular flat plate of epoxy compound is laid with a gap relative to the lower surface of the removable cover. Removable box width is divided into two parts by vertical partition from epoxy compound with thickness of 4–5 mm for fastening side walls and bottom of box, in each of the parts there is a light-emitting diode module, the board with the light-emitting diode of which is fixed at the bottom of the box, the light-emitting diode module modules are connected in series by a wire passed through a hole made in the lower part of the partition, one of the block modules is connected to the power supply unit through the RGB controller. On the upper surface of a rectangular flat plate, a laser beam is cut out a contour in the form of closed sockets with a bottom thickness of not less than 0.8 of the plate thickness to preserve the integrity of the plate and with width of 1 to 2 mm, transparent plates of different shapes of at least two colours are laid in the sockets using glue to form a mosaic. Depth of sockets of plate contour can be made equal to thickness of mosaic plates, and housing of construction part can be made monolithic.
