Method comprises the following steps: determining an identifier of the target network environment to be measured and corresponding to the target terminal device; sending the MDT configuration information to the target terminal device, wherein the MDT configuration information comprises the target network environment identifier; and receiving measurement information of the target network environment from the target terminal device, wherein measurement information of the target network environment is associated with signal information of the mobile network of the target terminal device.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of terminal power consumption.
