SUBSTANCE: method includes: when receiving the first reference signal, using the first beam, determination by a terminal device of availability of the first beam based on the first reference signal and the first threshold value, and then, direct transmission by feedback of availability of the first beam to a network device. Compared to costs of a radio interface in case, when the terminal device transmits by feedback the first beam identifier and power of reception of the first reference signal to the network device, costs of the radio interface in this method can be reduced.
EFFECT: provision of the transmission by a terminal device of a report on measurement of beam quality by feedback.
