FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Prostate gland is separated and cut off from the urethra. When dissecting the prostate gland is first cut off from the urethra except for segment from 7 to 11 o'clock of the conventional dial, the first filament with a notch is applied with one anchor suture on the neck of the urinary bladder within 4 o'clock of the standard clock face, using the same suture, the urethra is sutured from the inside to outside at 4 o'clock of the standard clock face, then the prostate is completely dissected away. Second filament with notch is used to reconstruct the posterior fascial space of the small pelvis along the right-to-left direction; a posterior urethrocystoanastomosis lip is formed by the same suture; for this purpose, the bladder is sutured from the outside to outside at 8 o'clock of the standard clock face, then urethra is sutured from inside to outside at 8 o'clock of the standard clock face, then stitches are counter clockwise up to 4 hours of conditional clock face. Anastomosis is continued to be formed with the first suture in the clockwise direction up to 12 o'clock, repeatedly suturing the posterior lip of the anastomosis. Final formation of the anastomosis is performed with the second suture in the counterclockwise direction up to 12 o'clock.

EFFECT: method enables minimizing a risk of developing urinary incontinence in the early postoperative period after catheter removal, developing urethrocystoanastomosis.
