FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can find application in urology when performing a robot-assisted laparoscopic radical surgery for removal of the prostate with a pronounced middle lobe of the prostate. Posterior reconstruction of the bladder neck is performed by forming flaps from the posterior semicircle of the bladder neck obtained after removing the prostate, laying the formed flaps opposite and parallel to each other, and applying a continuous suture between them in the form of the letter "Z" so that one flap is located more proximal to the Lieutaud triangle, and the other flap is located distal to said urethrocystoanastomosis between the bladder neck and the remaining urethra, then the anterior semicircle of the bladder neck is incised by 1-2 cm along the midline and the posterior reconstruction of the bladder neck is continued by the method of a tennis racket, further, a bladder-urethral anastomosis is formed on Foley catheter 18 Ch, the anastomosis tightness is controlled by introducing 100 ml of normal saline through the catheter, after which an anterior reconstruction of the small pelvis is performed and a drain tube is inserted into the small pelvis to the area of the urinary-bladder-urethral anastomosis through a counterperture, abdominal carbon dioxide is desuflated, and trocar skin wounds are sutured.
EFFECT: method allows increasing its effectiveness by reducing injuries and postoperative complications.
