THERMAL AEROSOL INHALATION METHOD Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61M15/00 A61M16/14 A61M16/16

Abstract RU 2740117 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a method for heat-aerosol inhalation. Method involves spraying a medicinal component in an air stream. During the aerosol movement from the inhaler to the destination in the respiratory tract, the diameter of the drug component particles is reduced to the values required to deliver them to the given destination. Diameter of particles is reduced: and by changing temperature of air flow, and by changing initial temperature of medicinal component, and by changing length of aerosol travel path from inhaler to destination in respiratory tract.

EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities and improved operational characteristics.
