SUBSTANCE: sanitary facility in the form of a toilet bowl, comprising body (2) with an open-top bowl area (3), water chamber (10) provided in the region of upper edge (3) of the bowl, which in horizontal direction extends into bowl area (3), wherein on chamber side at least one flushing hole (13) directed downward into bowl area (3) is provided, as well as at least one connection section (11) provided in rear area of body (2) for connection of flushing water supply line (24) for feeding flush water (23) into water chamber (10), from which flushing water (23) flows into bowl area (3) through at least one flushing hole (13) located on the side of chamber, wherein water chamber (10) passes only in rear edge area, and wherein second and third flushing holes (15, 22) are respectively provided with flushing water, which accordingly make possible tangential washing of flushing water (23) into bowl area (3), besides, the third flushing hole (22) is located closer to front side (5) of body (2), than the second flushing hole (15).
