FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: method of repair and sealing of equipment and pipelines filled with oil or oil products, consisting in that point of leakage or sweating on pipeline or equipment is cleaned with rag, then surface around place of repair of repaired section, with margin of at least 30 mm in each side, further is cleaned by coarse abrasive tool to impart roughness, then directly on cleaned repaired section, if necessary, by current crude oil or by oil product, first polymer material is applied, first polymer repair material applied on repaired section is left, for 2–7 minutes, until leakage or sweating and solidification of the first polymer repair material is stopped, then the surface around the repair point and the outer surface of the hardened first polymer repair material, with minimum of 50 mm in each side, is cleaned with a rough abrasive tool for roughing, hardened first polymer repair material and repair place around it, with minimum of 50 mm in each side, degreased with a cleaner based on industrial alcohols and applied on outer surface of hardened first polymer repair material, with margin in range of 25–50 mm in each side, second polymer repair material and left, for 30–70 minutes, for polymerisation and solidification of second polymer material.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of repairing and sealing equipment and pipelines filled with oil or oil products.
