FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for stopping flow from pipes or pipes by introducing an element expanding into place into pipe. Device for tight closure of the inner cavity of pipeline (1) contains a closed tight inflatable shell (2) and ring-shaped shell (6). Both shells are installed in inner cavity of pipeline (1). On outer surface of both shells there is sealing belt (3) and (7) with ribs (4) and (8) respectively. In shells (2) and (6) gas is supplied through holes (5) and (9) respectively. Due to expansion of shells and thrust of their sealing belts (3) and (7) in walls of pipeline (1), inner cavity of pipeline (1) is sealed. Through hole (15) of annular second shell (6) passes pneumatic line (10), which supplies gas into first shell (2), and tube (11) for control of medium between shells (2) and (6). At inflation of second shell (6) the gap between it and pneumatic line (10) and tube (11) passing through it is sealed. First and second shells (2) and (6) are made of material based on elastic synthetic fabric (12) with breaking load of not less than 300 daN/5 cm in longitudinal and transverse directions and tear resistance of not less than 35 daN in longitudinal direction and 30 daN in transverse direction, and on both sides of said fabric (12) there is coating (13) and (14) of thermoplastic polyurethane. Sealing belts (3) and (7) are made from polyurethane elastomer.
EFFECT: high reliability of its operation is achieved in the device, including in ambient conditions with air temperature up to −60 °C.
