FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to means for protection of various surfaces and bases of natural or artificial origin, and can be used in construction of temporary motor roads, take-off and landing sites for helicopters, car parking and other equipment. Coating rolls for temporary roads and parking areas are delivered to the place of laying temporary road in folded form - in roll. Temporary road or parking of equipment may include sufficiently large number of coatings. Prism elements arranged on lower surface of coating are fixed on backfill or ground. High speed is ensured by smooth and hard surface of the coating bed, good adhesion of the vehicle wheels with corrugation elements and high strength of the coating mats due to its reinforcement by a grid of interconnected transverse and longitudinal metal cables. After passage of equipment on temporary road or closing temporary parking for equipment, coatings are dismantled and folded into rolls for their transportation to storage.

EFFECT: achieved result is increased rate of erection of temporary coating, reduced costs for delivery and installation of coating, as well as increased reliability and duration of coating operation due to use of reinforcement from strong metal cables.
