FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pharmacy and dentistry, and can be used for treating inflammatory periodontium diseases. Disclosed dental gel contains Asepta gel with propolis, in which additionally introduced as an active substance fine-dispersed pantogematogen, as an excipient - Vaseline oil, with the following ratio of components: Asepta gel with propolis - 10 g, fine pantogematogen - 0.05–0.1 g, Vaseline oil 0.025–0.05 g.
EFFECT: modified composition enables reducing the degree of local oxidative stress in the oral cavity, has an immunostimulating and antioxidant effect, has a high regenerative effect on the tissues, is easy to use and is uniformly distributed on the periodontium tissues.
