FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cable industry, in particular to sealed high-frequency cable lines of twin twisting intended for stationary inner laying in compartments (modules) on ships and other equipment designed on principles of modular construction. Cable line includes several high-frequency cable assemblies, which are in series connected to each other by means of high-frequency tightly articulated connectors according to the plug / socket circuit. On each end of the cable line there is a cable connector articulated as per a plug / socket circuit with a cable-instrument connector. Each pair of connectors includes contact seal from rubber silicone mixture, which is located between glass-filled insulators of connectors and includes protrusions on the side of the fork resting against the recesses made in the connector insulator, which is a socket. Each connector of the connected pair includes a seal of rubber silicone mixture, installed on the side of supply of conductors of the cable to contact elements of the insulator. On each end of the cable line, on the contact side with the equipment, a sealing element is placed, which is applied on the insulator of the instrument connector by method of epoxy resin-based compound pouring.

EFFECT: providing high level of tightness of cable line, minimizing losses of electric signal, as well as improving repairability of cable line.
