FIELD: means of testing automation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of automating testing of radioelectronic equipment. Automated workstation comprises control computer equipped with screen and accumulator, reader of identification number of radioelectronic equipment, data and synchronization bus interface module, digital input / output unit, data collection unit, arbitrary signals generators unit, digital oscilloscopes unit, multimeters unit, unit 10 of programmable power sources, unit 11 of a spectrum analyzer of signals of radioelectronic equipment, unit 12 of a vector analyzer of chains of radioelectronic equipment and switch 13, as well as necessary connections between them. Radioelectronic equipment, which is testing object 14, is equipped with an identification number.
EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities of the automated workstation testing electronic equipment.
