The inputs and outputs of the digital input-output block, the arbitrary signal generator block, the digital oscilloscope block, the multimeter block, the standardized interface controller block, and the digital reconfigurable input-output block are connected directly to the electronic equipment under test.
EFFECT: reduced complexity of the layout and increased reliability of the testing complex.
