FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of assembly production and can be used in assembly with interference, for example, thin-wall bushing with housing. Method includes installation of bushing in hole of housing with process interference, electric-contact heating of inner surface of bushing hole with its subsequent mandrying by means of duplex tool in form of contact-heating tool and located behind it deforming-calibrating tool, which are translationally moved along bore of sleeve, wherein deforming-calibrating tool is used with diameter larger than that of bushing bore by process interference i=0.3…0.5 mm, and from the moment of movement of the duplex tool along the bore of the bushing, it is additionally imparted rotation motion.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of bore bore processing during assembly.
