FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises hydraulic cylinder accommodating hammer and waveguide to apply static load thereto and, via hammer, and intermittent pulse load, static load hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic generator of pulses for feeding hydraulic cylinders tool with cutting element provided with lead and reverse tapers made at angle to tool axis on its outer surface and with helical tape arranged there between. It is furnished with two cutting elements with taper lead made at angle to tool axis on its outer surface, equal-width groves and ledges. Note here that said grooves are located at angle to tool axis to form positive face angle in normal cross-section to groove side surface. Note also that said cutting elements are rigidly secured at mandrel and sifted relative to each other. Mandrel is connected with waveguide to apply thereto both static and pulse load. Note here that cutting element is arranged on hollow shaft covering aforesaid mandrel to apply only static load thereto.
