FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for sampling and tendon of short extensor of toes in reconstructive plastic operations on foot. Device for sampling and holding a tendon of a foot extensor is monolithic in the form of a bent hook comprises a handle, a head, a small beard and a recess. On the handle there is a section with abrasive processing. Hooks with sharpened outer edges are arranged at handle end. Hooks are directed towards each other to form a cutting ring. Inner diameter of hooks corresponds to physiological diameter of tendon of short extensor of toes. Handle is tapered towards the end. Small beard is located on the head, the small beard is arched and uniformly narrowed. Recess is located on the barb and has an oval shape with a recess. Diameter of recess corresponds to physiological diameter of tendon of short extensor of toes. Recess has uniformly concave sides. End of the barb is made at an acute angle. Invention allows to immediately tend tendon of short extensor of toes in one stage, thus reducing traumatism and duration of operation.

EFFECT: when the device is inserted into the soft tissues, a channel of the necessary and sufficient diameter is formed, which facilitates conduction of the tendon of the short extensor of the toe, thereby reducing a risk of tendon damage, traumatisation of the surrounding tissues and reduces the length of the operation and the risk of infectious complications in the postoperative period.
