SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to replace adjacent articular surfaces of metacarpophalangeal joints with ceramic endoprostheses. From the fingertips to the elbow joint, rounds of a hemostatic tourniquet are applied, access is provided to the metacarpophalangeal joint, mobilization of adjacent articular surfaces is performed and they are removed into the wound. Resection of the articular surface of the metacarpal bone is performed and interosseous diastasis is formed. The marrow channel of the proximal phalanx and metacarpal bone is drilled along Kirschner’s wire, then the Kirschner wires are removed. Bone marrow channels are alternately enlarged and treated. The corresponding ends of the test components of the ceramic endoprosthesis are installed in the marrow channels. The trial components of the ceramic endoprosthesis are removed. Bone marrow channel plastic surgery, final installation of ceramic endoprosthesis components with impact and plastic surgery of collateral ligaments are performed.

EFFECT: method reduces surgical injury and the risk of repeated operations due to treatment in one stage, reduces the risk of infectious complications, the risk of joint contractures, violations of physiological movement in the joint with the formation of a vicious stereotype of movements by excluding the use of external fixation devices.
