SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication and more specifically to a resource configuration, a terminal device and a network device. Method includes: transmitting to a network device first information including capability information for indicating capability of simultaneous transmission and reception on multiple carriers, wherein a plurality of carriers includes a first type carrier and a second type carrier, a first type carrier is configured to transmit data over a connection SL, and the second type carrier is designed to transmit data on at least one of uplink (UL), downlink (DL) and SL connection; and receiving from the network device second information for indicating the first transmission resource assigned by the network device for the first type carrier and the second type carrier and for indicating the first transmission resource operation time.
EFFECT: technical result is improved efficiency of data transmission in 5G NR system and higher flexibility of data transmission by supporting transfer of aggregated data of terminal device on mixed carrier (resource carrier PC5 + resource of carrier Uu) and carrier PC5.
