SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Method includes stages, at which: terminal device informs network device attribute information on uplink data to be transmitted by terminal device, by a dispatch request; terminal device receives indicating information transmitted by network device, wherein the indicating information is used to indicate the provision of the channel for uplink data transmission intended; terminal device transmits uplink channel data to be transmitted in accordance with provision of the uplink. Attributive information on uplink data transmission means includes at least one of following: data flow information corresponding to uplink channel data to be transmitted, carrier information corresponding to the uplink channel data, or quality of service (QoS) level information for uplink channel data transmission.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of delay during data transmission.
