FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication method. The method includes determining by a network device one or more of the first slots to be configured for a terminal device to transfer the first physical uplink control channel (hereinafter – PUCCH), and sending by the network device the first piece of information to the terminal device to configure the terminal device to transfer the first PUCCH channel in one or more of the first slots. The first piece of information transfers an indication of the initial first slot of one or more first slots and the number of one or more of the first slots. If not all slots after the initial first slot are used to transfer the first PUCCH channel, the first slots configured for the first PUCCH channel include many inconsistent slots.
EFFECT: aim of the invention is an improvement of the transmission flexibility of the PUCCH.
