SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to production of cell lines used for cell technologies in medicine. Obtained new cell line of synovial human sarcoma 716 SS MNV has stable culture and morphological characteristics, is stored in Specialized collection of vertebrate cell cultures of Russian collection of cell cultures under registration number RKKK (P) 790D. Cell line is characterized by the expression of antigens of the main histocompatibility complex I class, expression of cancer-testicular antigens MAGE, BAGE, GAGE, NY-ESO-1, PRAME, used to create biomedical anti-tumor cell products, which enables higher clinical effectiveness and longer life in treating synovial sarcoma. Besides, the obtained new cell line can be used for testing activity of various pharmaceutical preparations, creation of diagnostic kits and test systems for development of new therapeutic approaches and medical products.

EFFECT: can be used to create biomedical cell products, cell models, to test activity of various pharmaceutical preparations, create diagnostic kits and test systems in order to develop new therapeutic approaches and drugs.
