SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of cell lines used for cell technologies in medicine. The resulting new cell line of mouse spindle cell sarcoma 9927 AlS SIO has stable cultural and morphological characteristics, is stored in the Specialized Collection of Vertebrate Cell Cultures of the Russian Collection of Cell Cultures under the registration number “РККК (П) 807Д”. The cell line is characterized by the expression of class I major histocompatibility complex antigens haplotype A*01;*02; B*07,*35; С*06*07, expression of tumor-associated antigens CD99, TFE3, MyoD1, Fli-1, vimentin, cancer-testicular antigens MAGEA1, SLLP1 and PRAME.

EFFECT: invention can be used to create biomedical cell products, cell models, to test the activity of various pharmaceuticals, to create diagnostic kits and test systems in order to develop new therapeutic approaches and drugs.
